Order Terms

Orders are accepted by fax, mail or electronic mail.  All confirmed orders received by 4 PM Beijing Time will be shipped on the same day if stock is available (Workday only). Confirming purchase orders must be clearly marked to avoid possibility of duplication.

For second time order, we can accpet  postpay.  All postpay orders will be required the official purchase order sheet and confirmed via fax or electronic mail. 

Biopurify Phytochemicals have no any distributors now. Please contact our Customer Service department directly.

Payment via  Bank wire, Paypal, VISA, Mastercard or American Express are accepted, and corporate PO is also acceptable. Our terms are in advance or net 30 days.

All prices are FOB Chengdu China and are subject to change without notice. Freight charges are prepaid by Biopurify Phytochemicals and added to the invoice unless otherwise specified, Bank fees and wire transfer fees are not to be deducted from invoice amount. All orders wiil be sent by courier from Chengdu China. 

If you have an account of FedEx or other courier and would like us to ship collect, please provide your account number when you place your order.

Products cannot be returned without prior authorization from Biopurify Phytochemicals Company. Please contact our Customer Service department for return shipping instructions. Custom orders cannot be accepted for return credit if due to a customer's error. Returns will not be accepted after thirty days from the original ship date.

Technical assistance is available from 8:00am to 5:30pm Beijing Time. If inquiring about a purchased product, please note the product name, lot number, and date of purchase when you contact our technical staff to enable them to answer your questions quickly.

 The physical properties and other data about our products are obtained from our own data and from literature references. Biopurify Phytochemicals  assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such data. Buyer agrees that he has the responsibility to fully determine the accuracy and completeness of any technical data concerning any product or use.

Most of the products listed in our catalog are available in bulk quantities. Please contact our Sales Department for a quote.

The products in this catalog are intended only for laboratory research and analytical use. They are not for human or veterinary use. They should be used only by technically-qualified individuals or those under their direct supervision. Any individual working directly with these products should have free access to the applicable Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and should read and understand it completely prior to use. Please contact our Customer Service department if you require additional copies of any MSDS.

All of our products undergo extensive analysis prior to release for sale. A copy of the analytical report will be provided upon request.

Our products are routinely packaged in borosilicate vials with teflon lined closures. If you require alternative packaging or product formulations, please contact our customer service department for a cost estimate.

Biopurify Phytochemicals Company makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, which extends beyond the description of the chemicals herein, except that the material will meet our specifications at the time of delivery. Buyer's exclusive remedy and Biopurify Phytochemicals  Company's sole liability hereunder shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of, or at Biopurify Phytochemicals Company's option, the replacement of all material that does not meet our specifications. Biopurify Phytochemicals Company shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the costs of handling. Said refund or replacement is conditioned on Buyer giving written notice to Biopurify Phytochemicals Company within thirty (30) days after arrival of the material at its destination. Failure of Buyer to give said notice within said thirty (30) days shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to said material.
